Lagos State Signage and Advertising Agency (LASAA) have funded all the initial planning and design work for Mayflower. It is part of their ongoing commitment to CSR and they will be one of the initial launch partners.
What other roles does the government have?
Clearly Mayflower will collaborate with all the necessary development agencies of the state so as to ensure that funds are wisely used and initiatives not duplicated or in conflict with each other. Further than this the government is letting Mayflower leverage private sector funds to deliver social and development services under private sector management.
